Overview

This timing chain kit with CVVT gears is designed for the 2.0L G4NC engine found in select Hyundai Elantra and Kia Forte models. The timing chain is the critical valve-train component that synchronizes the crankshaft and camshafts, ensuring engine valves open and close at precisely the right moments for efficient combustion. This kit includes both the intake and exhaust CVVT (Continuously Variable Valve Timing) camshaft gears along with all associated chain hardware, making it a comprehensive replacement solution. Components are constructed from high-quality metal and plastic to meet OEM standards and are designed for direct bolt-on installation without modification.
