Every item we sell is one of a kind, inspected and graded by hand, and priced from what the same item recently sold for. If you find the identical item, in the same condition, in stock at a lower delivered price from a legitimate seller, show us before you buy and we will beat that price.

Same item, same condition
Same make, model and condition — a sealed item is not matched against an open-box one — in stock, from a seller with a return policy. We compare the delivered price: item plus shipping and tax.
We beat it
We beat that price on our listing and you check out as usual — pick it up at the store or we ship it.
How we price
The retail price on a listing is the manufacturer's list price for the item new — it is there so you can see what you are saving, not a price we ever charged.
Our price is set from what the same item, in the same condition, has recently sold for — then a little under. No made-up retail numbers and no fake discounts: if a saving looks too good to be true, the listing's condition and grade explain why it is priced where it is.
What doesn't count
- Auction bids, marketplace listings from private sellers, bundle or membership prices, and clearance or closing-down prices.
- Auction lots and Cyber Monday deals — they are already our lowest prices.
- Orders already placed: the promise is for fixed-price items on urbansupplyplus.com, before you buy.
