  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. After approval, securely repackage the item (original packaging preferred)
  3. Ship it using a trackable method (customer may be responsible for return shipping)

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected
  • Allow 5–10 business days for refund processing
  • Returns not meeting conditions may be denied or partially refunded

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Hygiene-sensitive or personal-care products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, coffee)
  • Clearance or final-sale items labeled “No Returns”
  • Gift cards, digital downloads, or other non-returnable goods

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
