1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after an order is placed. During high‑volume periods (e.g. holidays, sales), processing time may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $75
  • Expedited / Express Shipping
  • International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, your order weight/size, and delivery destination. If you qualify for free shipping (e.g. via order minimum), the cost will be reflected before checkout completion.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard (domestic): Usually 5–7 business days after shipping (varies by carrier and destination)
  • Expedited / Express: Typically 2–3 business days after shipping (if you chose this option)
  • International (if offered): Delivery time varies by country — you’ll see estimated delivery at checkout. Customs, duties, or local delays may affect timing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, high volume, holiday seasons, or carrier issues.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

We currently ship to addresses in [list of regions/countries your store ships to — e.g. United States only / U.S. + select countries]. Certain shipping methods may not be available for all locations. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the carrier’s website to track your shipment. If your package arrives damaged or you experience issues (lost delivery, incorrect address, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement, refund, or alternate solution.
