Overview

This is the DB Electrical SND0788 replacement starter motor, designed to fit Jeep Wrangler models equipped with the 3.6L V6 engine for model years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. DB Electrical is a well-known aftermarket brand specializing in starters, alternators, and other electrical components for a wide range of vehicles. Their starters are built to OEM fitment standards, making this a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory unit.

The starter in the photo shows a cast-aluminum and steel construction typical of this product line, with the solenoid mounted on top and a multi-bolt flange mount — consistent with the SND0788 application. The unit appears physically complete and intact aside from the noted cracked connector.
